We went for Afternoon Tea, It was very nice and we even took some home as there was plenty, we have several Pots of tea and were not charge extra as I have been in other places. The staff were lovely and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this as a little treat.

We had a lovely Christmas dinner here this week. We’ve been coming here a few years and this one was the best yet! The service was spot on - well co-ordinated and not intrusive. I’m vegetarian and had telephoned and spoken to Kelly ahead of time. The team did a great job of meeting my requirements, down to details such as ensuring I had vegetarian gravy and my roast potatoes were done in vegetable fat. The mushroom wellington was absolutely delicious! They’ve changed to a home made wellington, and the presentation and flavours were just right. I could eat it all again now just thinking about it. Compliments to the chef! You get a sense a lot has been invested in making this beautiful building an excellent place to go and relax, wine and dine. We certainly enjoyed our visit. You should visit too.

Stayed here last night just for a little night away, stayed here for dinner and had breakfast the next morning. Everything was perfect I couldn't recommend enough. Very lovely staff at reception too. Clean and modern and for the price it's a bargain! Will deffo be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!
